FinalForms for NIAAA Services Include:
Member Profiles and Annual Membership Renewals
Your current NIAAA member profile will be seamlessly and securely transferred to FinalForms. As of 3/1/24, you will renew your NIAAA membership using FinalForms either directly with the NIAAA or using FinalForms for your state association (also known as AMP).
Leadership Training Registration
Your current LTI records will also be seamlessly and securely transferred to FinalForms. As of 3/1/24, you will register for LTI courses using FinalForms either directly with the NIAAA or using FinalForms for your state association (AMP).
Awards Processes
FinalForms currently serves the NIAAA for its Frank Kovaleski Professional Development Award, Bruce D. Whitehead Distinguished Service Award, NFHS Citation Award, State Award of Merit, and the NIAAA Quality Program Assessment. FinalForms and NIAAA continue work to expand awards services to include Hall of Fame, Scholarship, and others.
Communication
Communication enhancements are coming! Are you “old school” with email or do you like app-based notifications? FinalForms will be launching text message, push notification, and email options for NIAAA-to-member communications in 2024. Stay tuned!
