• For families: When registering a student for a sport or activity in FinalForms, families will see an optional offer to purchase Accident & Injury Insurance before checkout. This supplemental insurance can reimburse up to $5,000 in out-of-pocket medical expenses, including deductibles and copays, if a student-athlete is injured during a covered school-sponsored sport or activity. Coverage is active from the first day of the activity through the last day.

Schools and athletic directors do not need to collect, manage, or transmit any coverage-related information.

• For athletic directors and school leaders, it’s a built-in way to demonstrate care for your students and their families. There are no new workflows, no vendor management responsibilities, and no impact to existing registration processes. The offer appears within FinalForms based on family choice.
